Some of the most common thought traps that people experience when they are on a diet include having the attitude that weight loss is going to happen fast, and that they are going to see results right away. When this does not happen, it is easy to get negative about yourself and the way that you think. But when you change your way of thinking to accept that you are not going to lose all of the weight you want right when you want to, you can then assess your goals, make any needed changes and go forward.
